-No chemical treated filters are used, nor any chemicals sprayed on our olive trees.
-Olive Oil of Ephesus is 100% natural, and is currently being certified organic.
-The result is rich, golden color with a robust and slightly peppery, yet smooth aftertaste.
-Our oil was chosen by the Western Culinary Institute of Portland, Oregon for cooking demonstrations and presentations.
